1. Who we are
Cricbet is an independent interface for accessing cricket prediction markets. We operate under the builder program of an underlying protocol; all trading, custody, and settlement happen through that protocol's smart contracts on Polygon. Cricbet does not take custody of user funds and is not a counterparty to any trade.
2. Eligibility
By using Cricbet, you attest that you are not (i) a U.S. person; (ii) located in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, the Canadian province of Ontario, or any other restricted jurisdiction; (iii) using a VPN or similar measure to circumvent these restrictions; and (iv) the subject of any OFAC or equivalent sanctions list. If any of those apply, you must not use Cricbet.
3. Risk disclosure
Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss. Prices can move quickly and markets can resolve against your position. Never trade more than you can afford to lose. Nothing on Cricbet is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
4. Non-custodial operation
Your funds are held on the underlying protocol's smart contracts and/or wallets controlled by you. Cricbet can see your balances, positions, and trading history through public blockchain data and the protocol's APIs, but has no ability to move or freeze your funds.
5. No guarantees
Cricbet is provided "as is" with no warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of market data, order execution, or continued access. Upstream services (market data, order book, relayer, settlement oracle) can fail at any time and Cricbet is not liable for resulting losses.
6. Builder attribution
Orders placed through Cricbet carry our builder code so the underlying protocol can credit volume and fees to our builder profile. This does not change your order terms, pricing, or custody.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
