Cricbet does not operate, control, or manage any prediction market, orderbook, or settlement mechanism. All trades are peer-to-peer and settle on-chain.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any market data, prices, or information displayed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cricbet and its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Third-party protocols
Cricbet interacts with third-party smart contracts, APIs, and services including but not limited to Polymarket's CLOB, relayer infrastructure, and Polygon network validators. Cricbet is not responsible for the operation, security, or availability of these third-party systems. Smart contract bugs, oracle failures, network congestion, or protocol changes may result in loss of funds.
Regulatory compliance
Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of Cricbet complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The availability of this interface does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful.
